Stock is held in Lahore and despatched by road freight. There is no minimum city — if a carrier reaches you, we can supply you.

How an order is handled
Four steps, and freight is priced before you commit — not added afterwards.
- Send the specification Dimensions, grade, quantity and your delivery city. A photograph of the old part or a drawing is usually enough.
- We quote, carriage included The quote states the material price and the freight to your city, so the delivered cost is clear before you order.
- Confirm and we despatch Stock items go out from Lahore. Indent or made-to-size items are confirmed with a lead time before we proceed.
- Tracking on request We pass on the carrier reference so your stores team can follow the consignment in.
Transit time depends on destination, carrier and consignment size, so we confirm it per order rather than publishing a figure we cannot hold to for every city.

The fastest quotes come from complete dimensions. By product family, this is what to send.
Gland packing
Shaft diameter, stuffing box bore and depth, plus the medium, temperature and pressure.
Jointing sheet & gaskets
Sheet thickness, flange size or cut-gasket dimensions, and quantity.
PTFE rod, sheet & tape
Diameter or thickness, length, grade (virgin, filled or food-grade) and quantity.
Insulation — wool, board, blanket
Thickness, density, operating temperature and total area or quantity.
Rope, tape & cloth
Diameter or width, thickness and total length required.
PVC strip curtains
Doorway width and height, strip grade (standard or freezer) and whether fittings are needed.
Gauges & instrumentation
Range, connection size, dial diameter and whether glycerine filling is required.
